Golden Turmeric and Orange Smoothie
This creative combination of turmeric, carrot, ginger, and orange is sweet and creamy. I like to add some cinnamon and nutmeg for a little bit of spicy. If you use coconut milk it goes really nice with the turmeric. If you want to add some extra probiotics you can use a scoop of yogurt, or the ginger turmeric coconut yogurt "Co-co yo" makes. Tip: Try not to get the turmeric powder on any counter top or it will stain. Healthy tip: Turmeric is a powerful antioxidant, good for brain health, and reduces inflammation in the body.
